Through our WAU topic, 'Brrr! It's Freezing' we have been learning about Little Mo, our Inuk and how she and her fellow Inuit's they survive in the arctic conditions. We have looked at their clothes, the materials they are made from and how they compare to what we wear in the winter time. Rec then put their cutting skills to good use and dressed themselves in Inuit clothes! We plan to add some fur and other materials to make them really warm later in the week.
